Meet Claire: Your Guide

My journey began with my own realisation of disconnection post getting hit by a truck. That search for reconnection led me to the Way of Nature and Questing. The first experience fundamentally shifted how I understood my relationship with the living world.

The transformation was so powerful that I began guiding Nature Quests for others, witnessing again and again how this deep immersion in nature awakens a profound ecological consciousness - a way of being that recognises our interconnection with all life.

But I also recognized that not everyone can commit to the intensive Quest process. The question that has driven my work ever since is: How can we make this life-changing ecological awareness accessible to anyone?

Week 1-2: Foundations

Establish your foundation by opening your senses to nature and engaging curiosity for a truly joyful practice.

Week 3-4: Relaxation

Release tension and open to nature's expansive energy as you learn to flow with natural rhythms and unlock your creative potential.

Week 5-6: Presence

Develop unwavering presence by partnering with nature's steady consciousness, learning to find focus without force and flow without effort.

Week 7-8: Heart

Open your heart to deeper intimacy with the living world, cultivating compassion and connection that extends to all beings.

Week 9-10: Energy

Learn to work with life's vital energy as expressed through nature and integrate all you've learned into a sustainable daily practice.

How It Works

  • You find a sit spot in a place in nature near you
  • Each of the 5 modules are delivered live online (or watch the recording afterwards)
  • Each fortnight focusses on 1 module
  • Recorded practices are provided for each module to support your practice in nature
  • You get 'Homeplay' Challenges to complete each module, with report-backs going into the Community Room
  • Each module has a meetup session at the same time (9am Saturdays) on alternating fortnights, where you can ask any questions or receive personalised refinements for your practice
  • The Community Room is always there for any additional sharing and discussion as well
